From technology to decisions.
I joined JEN Consult, Namur's Junior Enterprise, in 2024 as IT Manager. Since June 2026, I have been its COO. That journey has taken me from equipping teams with tools to broader decisions about their organisation and service development.
Make work flow more smoothly.
In my IT role, I supported the use of the Odoo ERP, maintained and managed the website, and launched a major migration to Microsoft tools.
I also used BPMN modelling at JEN and in some client cases to make processes visible and identify efficiency gains.
Move a team forward.
Since June 2026, my COO role has included managing teams and organising projects. I also contribute to JEN Consult's positioning, service choices and some client engagements. That can extend to framing a new offer or product for a company.
I see strategy as a practical exercise: clarify what we want to offer, for whom, and how a team can deliver it.
